Tires are bad quality and they are bumpy

I bought a set of FM800 tires 195/50/15 on the 1st of November 2019 started realising that my car is bumpy when I am driving between 40-65km/h, I went to the dealer on the 19th November 2019 to report about the experience i am having ,they then suggested I get center ring Of which I bought , the following day I went back to the dealer this day I was so annoyed told them to give me a set of new tires of which they refused and told me about their policy. To get the story short on this day I bought 2 tires of the same model and brand the once where returned to the manufacturer and got my 2 tire refund. let me fast track to today > I replaced all four tires with Continental and the car is smooth as it should be. The guys that fit, they themselves confessed to me that this brand/model is trash and they recently experience a high volume of returns on these brands.

IF ANYONE WANTS TO BUY THIS BRAND OR MODEL I ADVISE YOU TO RATHER PAY EXTRA R200- R300 ON YOUR BUDGET TO BUY A GOOD SET OF TIRES FROM A DIFFERENT BRAND. It is very disappointing to have such experience from a reputable brand like Dunlop I will not recommend anyone to but this brand anymore, period.
