Thinking you save on cheap tyre but a very bad marchandise quality

<p><span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: medium;">First time using Dunlop tyres and experience that I did not actually save any money but it was actually the worst tyre I can ever find in the tyre industry of tyres</span></p> <div style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: medium;">On the 22nd September I bought. Dunlop tyres at Goodhope tyresParklands when I saw they were on special, and travelled to Eastern cape on the 23th,eish according to the sales person tyres were to travel up to 70 000 km, but hey 800km was too much for the tyre.tyre punched on the freeway.</div> <div style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: medium;">I contacted Dunlop head office on the email and referred back to the dealer,went back to the dealer and dealer sent me to the Dunlop in Montague gardens and they said the tyre was hit by a foreign object on the side while running.I think is a technical trick it is used to blind customers because they don't have knowledge on inspection of the tyres,they don't even call you when doing inspection to point what they see on the tyre,they just bring you feedback.</div> <div style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: medium;">I do not understand and they wanted me to buy new tyre again from them, the tyre busted while I was traveling on a free way and I believe there is a problem with a guarantee on the tyre.</div> <div style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: medium;">I believe if Dunlop was doing a fair and open business they could have compensated me or replace the tyre for me,is a new tyre and just cut open by nothing.</div> <div style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: medium;">I feel that Dunlop failed me as a customer,Once you gave out your money you have nothing to do with them anymore.</div> <p> </p>
