Speakers not working and managers service bad

I bought new tyres and they broke my speakers wiring. IT was a effort to even get them to replace it. The manager Riyaad wasn't even helpful since the first day. Finally they sorted the speakers with new ones after begging them to do so but now after the car was standing for six months jus after I did the tyres the speakers is not working it goes off and on. I let him know but now he wants to send me to a sound place where I have to pay myself to fix it because he said my wiring was to short. I wouldn't advice anyo e to Di their tyres at dunlop in parow centre mall called garage because You spend alot money and the managers service is bad.
