Poor service ruins the business

Possibly the worst experience buying tyres. I bought 2x tyres and these guys managed to chip(plural) my rims while fitting them, they assured me they would pay for repairs(damaging rims is obviously a regular occurence) but after realising today that my wheels hadnt even been balanced properly(vibration after 80km/h) i dont think i ever want to go back there, the centre cap on one of my rims has been damaged as well(broken) I will take my business to the professionals next time and will happily pay the extra fee knowing that they will do the job correctly. Lesson learned. I hope the owner of that excuse of a fitment centre reads this and makes a change. Oh, i forgot to mention this, but upon closer inspection it seems that one of the guys who works there tried to cover up one of the chips by colouring it in with a black permanent marker...nice job Dunlop Express.
