Poor service

On the 27th of March I took my car for wheel alignment. I waited an hour only for them to tell me my car was okay but when I took it for ride it was turning by itself which led to me going back to the receptionists and the workers to let them know about my problem, they insisted that the car was okay. They than agreed to doit the 2nd time only to make a fool out of me by raising my car using the machines they use, at a request that i stay in the car so i could not see what was happening if anything and requesting I stay in the car so i could not see what was going as they did nothing to correct the car. I had than left after as they had told me , that the car needs to be adjusted to my weight of which "is the reason why my steering wheel was not aligned properly" , I weigh under 60kg which I told them was lie. I was then told to leave and come back tomorrow morning as they were closing. I was suppose to have left for KZN last night but here I am again waiting to get assisted for the same problem that brought me here yesterday. If it was done correctly the 1st time I would be very much happy. I don't understand why it has to be done for the 3rd time for them to get ut correctly. The staff doesn't care about its clients and are inconsiderate hence theyd tell one to come tomorrow morning not considering the distance one travels to they're store and the cost of petrol required to come back for the 3rd time. This particular branch is in vosloorus next to Glodwagen.
