Pathetic service
Their service is pathetic, bought a battery in less than a year it started giving problems. I went back twice and they kept charging the battery and told me it’s issues with the supplier instead of replacing the battery according to their warranty. The third time I told them that I was recording them using my phone they basically walked away and completely ignored me. These are ****ming Indians I wouldn’t advise anyone to do business with them or to buy from they, they will swindle you out of your money.

You had 3 opportunities to fix the problem when we came in store to complain about your faulty battery. Instead you offered temporary solutions and blamed your supplier. I have lost trust in you and the service you offer. This post is to expose the **** of a business you run. I hope that people read reviews before doing business with you, so that they know what they are getting themselves into.

Kindly note the reason we asked you what store you visited is because you have come through to our Sumitomo Rubber/Dunlop Tyres Head Office in Durban and NOT the retail store in question! We have 350 Dunlop retail stores nationally, so based on the information in your first post, we were unable to assist you at all. Based on your second response, it appears that you believe you are speaking to the business owner of the store you visited - which you are not.
We will now investigate the above and revert.
