New tyres torn in less than 3 months

I bought 3 tyres end of February 2022 and I have already lost two of those tyres. They kept getting flat and would have to fill them every now and again till in April just before Easter weekend one got flat I was at a store buying food and I had some guys change it for me and when we look at it it was torn on the sides and damaged beyond repair. I thought okay maybe it was my fault, till it happened again with the second tyre on the 28/05/22 I woke up to it flat when I took it out to take it to be filled at the petrol station they told me it was torn on the side again and damaged beyond repair, I do not see how could this be a coincidence that both tyres are dead in the same way. I’m starting to think these where not of good quality or new tyres and seeing that I just bought them and they did not even last for 3 months I’d appreciate some compensation or an explanation as to why was this happening I even kept the tyres for evidence and pictures of the incidents. Dunlop this is not fair, I worked hard to put this money together to replace my tyres and only to be ****** and given tyres that didn't even last 3 months long.
