Horrifying service

Went to do the wiring for a tow bar. Never ever go there for any service. You will get a very disapointing outcome. The plug is hanging loose on a cable tie. The wires are hanging from the tow bar with an eye sore of cable ties. This is very poor service. I have photos of this.
