HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM RUDE EMPLOYEE

Friday evening 09h30 after visiting with family we get into our car and the catalytic converter light starts flashing on Saturday morning my husband got up early and went to the Dunlop branch in Paarl, what terrible service he received. The person there went off at him asking how he can come in on a Saturday to have this done does he know how long it will take, well excuse me for not have a "meeting" with my car and telling it not to give problems on a Saturday as people who are employed to do this work is to lazy to work on a Saturday!!!! Really we are frustrated as it is to have to spend money not budgeted for on the car as it is and then to get this terrible service. None the less my husband left that horrible place and is receiving absolutely excellent service at Speedy!!!

First and MOST certainly the last time Dunlop Paarl will ever see us
