Horrible service and negligence
I went there for new tyres and they fitted 3 correct tyres size and 1 incorrect tyre size and now my car keep steering to the right when I drive. Initially when I got there I was told they only had 3 tyres in stock for my vehicle then they told me they had all TYRES and I didn't even care to check. This is utter negligence and they compromised my safety. I'm not happy at all.

06 May 2025, 14:44The dealership I went to is in Polokwane, Dunlop Zone Tyre Rack Polokwane. I went to the dealership on 02/05/2025 and was assisted by a guy who speaks shona, I cannot remember his name and a lady at reception who just didn't even show any sense of urgency of my dilemma. I don't remember her name aswell. Maybe they didn't take me serious because I'm a lady. They just walk around and do not pay attention to customers. I had to be the one going to them for assistance.
