Horrible customer service

I would like to share my experience with Dunlop zone at Strydom park I have had the worst terrible experience with Heyn Heydenrych who was very rude and pointing fingers at me as a customer when I was questioning how did the quote amount to that because that was not the amount I was quoted earlier on, please teach your sales people excellence customer service and face to face etiquette
