False tyre insurance adverti*****t

I went to DunDunlop Lakeside tyres here by Lambton to buy a tyre on the 21Mar24, so they didn't have stock and had to order it and it was delivered the 22nd. I sent someone to go sort it out as i was at work. Fine, the tyre was fitted and i was updated. I then asked to be assisted with registering the tyre insurance. The reception lady then says this tyre is not under insurance category, i was stunned as i chose Dunlop due to rhem having insurance. I then asked to cancel the transaction so i can aswell go to ither shops that had better dea of tyres. The lady agreed they can take the tyre out with a fee of R100. I agree that they can minus it from the money i had paid. After a minute i get another call from the lady advising that i will struggle to get my refund if i continue with reversing this transaction. I couldn't understand because we were not fighting, I'm reversing as i was under the impression I'll get tyre insurance and I'm not even blaming her for not telling me in the beginning as i had not asked. But she's explaining that she knows her boss and i will STRUGGLE to get my money back. It was stressed so hard that i felt bul**** into ending up continuing taking their tyre because i didn't want to struggle getting money back. So i just wanted to understand, is this how Dunlop do business by threatening a client into taking their business after being unsatisfied? I'm so bored.

I'm so bored because why does your advert also states there's insurance on all passenger tyres but mine is excluded?
