6 months ago I bought 4 x tyres for my vehicle, service was great they even offered me 12 warranty for the tyres n I took it. Last week my tyre got damaged and I took it back to Dunlop branch where I had bought tyres from, but was told SORRY we can't assist you. Apparently they have removed the make of the tyres from the insurance bracket. I even provided them with a proof that my tyres are covered for 12 months. But no help so just wondering if they were just promoting the sales so I could buy from them or what?
