Dunlop Westville - bad service
Been to the Westville Dunlop branch this morning, spent half the morning waiting for the consultant to assist and sort out my tyres.
Consultant Roland Naidoo had initially stated that he had found the fault and upon payment and them working on my vehicle, nothing was resolved.
Consultant refused to make a claim and my payment wasn't refunded either.
My tyres still have the same noise issue. A vehicle carries passengers and i am extremely disappointed that they was unable to assist and solve my problem.
The manager was called to rectify the issue and nothing was done. I was forced to pay and receive zero service.
