Dunlop tyre's - unreliable, dangerous and expensive mistake

I am INCREDIBLY disappointed with Dunlop SA and Tyre mart Silverlakes. I bought 5 New Dunlop commercial tyre's from Tyre mart for my horse trailer on Thurs the 15th February 2024. I towed 2 small horses on the Saturday to Kyalami and back, no problem, I then towed 2 horses on Sunday to Kyalami. I was traveling at 80KMPH and just before the John Voster offramp, the front right tyre burst, did not go flat, it BURST!! After changing to the spare, we went on our merry way. I took the tyre back to Tyre Mart Silverlakes on Tuesday the 19th February with the instructions that I will be towing again on the 9th and 10th of March and thus require a new tyre before then. I understand there are faulty tyre's, which is why I just wanted a new tyre as replacement. I have just heard this morning that the Dunlop rep/tech looked at the tyre briefly and said 'claim rejected due to external forces'. Now I'm left with no spare tyre and horses to tow on the weekend. I cannot just buy a new tyre either and I sure as hell will not be buying another Dunlop tyre!!! I'm so disappointed and disgusted in this behavior. Avoid Dunlop tyre's at All costs!! They are dangerous and even if you do not have an accident, they will not help or replace. Not worth the R7600 I spent on the tyre's. I am just thankful it was in my horsebox and not a taxi that would have ended up in multiple deaths. Dunlop, you should be absolutely and utterly ashamed of your work, your products and your conduct.
