Dunlop Tyres - Poorest quality tyre & service delivery
<p>Good afernoon,</p> <p>As a widow pensioner,i cash purched a "brand new set" of Qty 4x = DUNLOP 215/65/R16 DUN GRANDTREK tyres on the 16/03/2016 from a local supplier.Within the first 500KM of driving i could idendifi that theres a vibration on some or all of the tyres.</p> <p>I did the neccesary checks on my vechille and all relevant operating to the chasis.and wheels.I also have several reports x3 valid reports. that confirms that these tyres are out of round and will cause vibration.All these reports are valid and signed off as per calibrated machinery test.</p> <p>I did inform the neccesary staff at Tonway Tyres Silverton and still have no feedback or answers from a cash purched deal, with promised service delivery and garantee.</p>
I want to compliment "SUMITOMO RUBBER SOUTH AFRICA (PTY) LTD" with one of theire excellent employees, Liam Xavier Naidoo.
He went to great lengths to help me with replaceing factory faulty Dunlop tyres, with a brand new, laser ballanced set.
Liam's extended help is a highly appreciated, and will most defnitly be identified in your company. He knew just what to do to solve my problem quickly, and kept me updated whille his team ensured that my tyres were safely fitted.
Such service builds great working relationships.
