Dunlop Tyres

I bought 4 brand new tyres from Dunlop Midway Soweto last Year November 2017. In February 2018 i started to notice that the tyres have slow punctures & i used to go to the garage but then when it happened for the 5th time i inspected the tyres only to find out that they wear tearing. So i went back where i bought them & they contacted one of their specialist's from Dunlop's Head office & my mom went to meet the guy & he told her i must either buy new tyres again or give him the tyres in question or drive to Jet Park so they can check them. I then phone Jackson & told him that his suggestions dont suit me as the only time i can get to Jet Park is on a Saturday & they Dunlop dont work on that day. & then i never heard anything again from him. In March again i got hold of him on his cell & he gave his Manager the phone who told me the same story & said that they are going to charge me pro rata as they cannot just replace the tyres as i could have tampered with them? This morning i woke up & all the tyres were flat? So i had a terrible start to my day. I need some clarity on this issue because now it looks like i need to buy new tyres whereas the ones i have have not even lasted that long??????
