Dunlop tires are poor quality and tiremart kuruman is giving very bad service

If u want a tire never try Dunlop. I bought a tire from tire art in kuruman. The tire only lasted me for a 5 days a got a puncher while the car was mooving, took the back to tiremart and the manager by the name of George took the tire n told me he is going to show a sales rep from Dunlop, after 1 week I called the manager to find out if a the sales rep ceme and he told me the s Dunlop sales rep never ceme n he sent me a pic telling me there is a petch to the tire that's y there is the cause of the tire best. I usked for a report of the assessor and he offered to sell the tire to me at cost price. So far I'm frustrated and the manager is no longer answering my calls. Radio 702 please help. When I call tire mart head office I'm told that the person dealing with complaints is not at work.
