Dunlop never again.

Dunlop responded to my post on Hello Peter (thank heavens for this platform) on the same day I posted my review, we had to get the car back there for a second time for them to check it over again, after which they decided to replace one tyre for free and I would have to buy a second tyre from the dealer again, this was good for me as I believed to get any more from them would be a pipe dream but then came the surprise when Oliver Treads in Mossel Bay replaced the second tyre free of charge also. Now that is where customer service comes into play, I am a happy customer Jannie and would buy from you guys again. Thanks to Dunlop also for their assistance in this regard, unfortunately I cannot rate them any higher because this should never have happened in the first place.
