Dunlop licenses

I app**** for my car lence through Dunlop . They offer a 10 day service if you in KZN .its ,ow over 8 weeks.from August till September .still no license. Now on 1st october my orher car licence expired. So my licenses are all blocked. Natis blocked .i now sat in the sun and waited at my own trafic department. I had to pay for both cars to get my licence.it is not even on the department system thst i paid for my 1st car. Dunloo has delayed. Cresting this block and now refuses to send me a refund. They Promist to call. Call back . Let it ring once or twice. so before u pick up they Drop. I have used nore airtime in trying to solvecthis mess. I am frustrated n just want my money back . I would give a zero starf if it was allowed
