Dunlop is a disappointment

I called Dunlop Lephalale on Tuesday to book for service on Saturday. They told me to come before 07:00am. I arrived at 07:05 and told the reception I bought my vehicle for service. He asked me if I booked, I was surprised, shouldn't bookings be recorded on a book or diary. The second question was,'who booked you?' I told him I booked telephonically in Tuesday. He told me I would have to wait as they only have one technician and there is a vehicle that was bought in before me to be worked on. I told him its fine. Then he asked if I have a the service kit and I answered its in the car. Then I asked one of the employees to take me home and I would come when the car is finished. At 09:38 I received a call from Dunlop and told me to come and get my car is finished. I was so happy for the fast service only to find out that the spanner on the dash board is still there. I check the engine oil and it was still black. I called to ask what service they did on my car and told me that they did the service. I told them about the spanner on the dashboard, and the engine oil is still old. They said maam we did the service on your vehicle. I took the vehicle to be serviced so I keep it in good condition. I dont think Dunlop cares about my safety at all. The sad part of it is that i also paid them, thinking about the fast service. I'm very disappointed because my car takes time to start now. Meaning I have to pay again for that. This is nonsense total nonsense
