Dunlop ********** deals

I bought 4 new tyres at Edenvale Dunlop retail store. On the 6 of July 2021 on the 9 of July 2021 one of the tyre got damaged beyond repair. I went to the store to report the issue. The refused to give me a new tyre saying it External force matter soon I get home I went on to check there terms regards the damaged tyre I saw they have to take it in for assessment. I returned the following day asking of the assessment. They then tell me there office head office in KZN is closed where they took tyres for assessments. I waited till the unrest ended I then go back to the Edenvale Dunlop to give them my tyre for assessment. Which they took in saying the out come will come in few days. Three days pass they call me to come fetch the report. Of which I did come through and it was stating its an external factor or a road hazards. I then call the head office which then refers me to there other branch near me in 10 Jansen Jat park. Saying that I should get a new tyre for free with his understanding from my point of view. Saying they should prove to you where without doubt if it was external factor. I'm just coming from them with more disappointment from the way they run the tyre it doesn't have any damage under it. And there are saying they can help and give me a new tyre on a staff price of 714 while I bought the 4 tyres for 2880 which mean its 720 one and the want to sell me one for R6 discount. The is no professionalism. There are contradictions in there statements from the head office to the retail. I won't even refer then even to my worst enemy. They cause me so much harm than good.
