DUNLOP FITMENT CENTRE PAROW NEARLY CAUSED MY DEATH

On Wednesday morning I went to put on a new tyre at Dunlop Fitment centre in Parow. the removed my old tyre and swapped it with one of my back tyres. I also did wheel alignment. I then left and my car was not the same. knowing nothing of cars, I assumed that perhaps the wheel alignment needed time to settle in or that. Last night however, as I was driving I heard a noise while on the freeway which became systematically worse. I could not pull over as it was a dangerous highway and continued driving in the emergency lane. As soon as I got close to home, I stopped at a friend, I stayed for ten minutes, got back in the car and decided to stop at a shop 100m away from my friend in order to buy airtime, lest something happens and I need to call someone. As I stopped in front of the shop, the wheel literally fell off. Someone that came to assist said that I only had one nut in my tyre, which had subsequently broken off. My nuts clearly had not been put back by the dealership. Had I been on the freeway I could have died. I have pictures. I want the footage of the dealership reviewed to prove they were responsible for this negligence. I have never been this traumatized. Contact me please!
