Dunlop Branding Nightmare
Good Day
I recently had a tyre that was damaged and went to the Dunlop Site C Cape Town container to have it changed, upon my arrival I was warmly greeted and they got to work while waiting on them they scratched my mag inside and outside and they gave me the run around when it came to fixing my mag. I then approached the head office and I was assigned someone to help me deal with the matter, unfortunately he couldn't help me as he is says the container is not affiliated with Dunlop anymore and I must contact the ombudsman I really dont understand how can I company or someone trade as Dunlop and still have the building, the branding as well as the equipment and I would like to know do you let people use dunlops name and keep quiet and let individuals approach these places?

I spoke to your container manager who I feel is dragging his feet when it comes to this matter I'm driving around with a damaged mag and no one will account for the damages it's real shame that after all the calls after my first review no one has been able to help to the point that the hiring manager told me it's out of his hands as he can't get hold of the container owner and that the containers are not owned by dunlop anymore yet these containers still have Dunlop branding on them till today I feel like I'm really being made a fool
