we bought a set of dunlop tyres for the bakkie in June 2019, however I ***** of about 20mm went into it and we tried plugging the wheel as a spare, however when we took it for plugging the tyre made a massive bubble (if I can say it like that) and when the plug was inserted is made an even bigger bubble and I was shocked coz I have seen plugging before and never seen something like this. I went back to the branch just to told by the manager they don't fix puncture and I can understand that but he did not let me talk and explain to him what happened further coz now I'm not even worried about the puncture I'm worried about why it made those 2 big bubbles in the first place. I'm extremely upset, I don't know if its because I'm a women and coloured that he brushed me off like he did but that was very unprofessional. Dunlop Goodwood, coz we buy the bakkies wheels there and now the wheel has barely been driven with and its a waste of money.
