Dishonest ,rude

I purchased two tyres at Dunlop Kemptonpark mid last year I told them I want two runflats boom I hit a pothole find out they are not runflats the shop does not want to take responsibility and accountability I was treating unfairly and with disrespect we couldn’t resolve the issue as the so called owner Junaid walked away after a screaming scene.
