Disappointed ☹️

Went to Dunlop zone Midrand around Pretoria road to buy a spare wheel on the 10th of September 2025. Was assisted by salesman Deeshan to choose a Dunlop tire brand. The tire was changed of which the damaged was was in my boot. Inside my boot I had a bag with a thousand Rand inside. With the trust that Dunlop is a big brand like the likes of Tiger Wheel, Hi-Q and others I left my bag in the car. When I get home to put my money in my safe, I found nothing inside my bag. On the 11th I went to Dunlop to complain about my issue. The manager told me that is not their responsibility to ensure my personal belongings are safe and I must keep in mind that Gauteng is a High Crime Zone. He asked me why didn't I tell them I had money in my bag and he also told me there is no proof that they took it. I was not worned that I must take my belongings as maybe one of their staff member might ***** my staff. When I asked about the footage, I was told that the camera is faulty from where my car was standing. Please I will like to worn everyone to be careful about Dunlop zone Midrand as I suspect that it is their culture of doing things by *****ing from their customers. I'm very disappointed about Dunlop's attitude as even their Head Office told me I need to bring a proof, though I told them that I am told by their staff that their camera doesn't work 😔
