**************** on keeping customers old tyres

Can a knowledgeable consultant please call me and tell me why your new germany branch insists on keeping customer's old tyres....I went there to replace all tyres and I was told I need to pay R170 to keep my old tyres?? the ones that I obviously came with....I await your response
