Customer service excellence

I would like to commend Jacobus DeBruyn at Dunlop Jet Park for exceptional attitude and service. He had extraordinary personal and work challenges and still maintained his professionalism and dignity and treated me with absolute professionalism all the way which many people sadly would not do. Society in general and people experiencing loss ,trauma, can learn from this example of how to treat people with compassion, dignity and respect despite your pain. Also Kingsley and Lawrence were exceptional in their customer service and constant feedback on the process.
