BREAKING YOUR VEHICLE, WHILE IT NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED

I went there just to do my wheel alignment, thy very friendly at first, i left my car there to do the wheel alignment, then they let me know that the Tie rod ends are finished and needs to be replaced as well as a new tyre and needs to be balanced. When i got my car back, Firstly the steering wheel was still not straight and was exactly the same as before the wheel alignment. Secondly my car had noises that it never had before. I took it back and they said now the Shocks and shock mounting are finished and that is why it makes the noise (take note never had the noise on the car) and they said the steering wheel is right, because the alignment is right. It does not make sense of wheel alignment done and steering wheel is not straight............. I went for a second opining by Chantelle's tyres and alignment, they checked the vehicle and said there is NOTHING WRONG with the shocks as well as the shock mountings. These people made more than R2000.00 out of me and still my car has that noises and the steering is not straight. I am a woman, so they took advantage of being a woman because woman do not know alot of vehicles. and now he tells me just stories and stories............. I WILL NEVER EVER TAKE MY CAR THERE AGAIN, PLEASE THEY WILL MAKE MONEY OUT OF YOU FOR STUFF THAT IS NOT EVEN WRONG AT ALL..........
