Bad service from the Dunlop app and team

I used the Dunlop app on my phone to renew my car license disc in time. Waited up to 2 months from them just updating me they are waiting to renew my license disc and because of the backlog I have to be patient. Yesterday after u logged many complaints on why its taking so long to renew my car license disc they let me know there is a block on my disc. Me worrying etcetera I checked no fines nothing against my name. Went to check and swa because they are late with my my car license disc hy nou have to pay a penalty fee for expired car license because they did not take out the license in time. The reason I can't do it is that I'm sitting 200km away in limpop and my car is registered in mapumalanga. That's why I wanted to make use of their app. Now I have to pay fines and have to wait until month end so I can go stand in a cew where they only take 10 persons a day to assist with car license renewals 200km far from me. And I have 2 wat 3 to 5 workings days for them to refund my money and them to call me to get my banking details where I made a immediate payment to them.
