Bad service from Dunlop, Fleurdal, Fauna, Bloemfontein

Last year on the 08th of August 2023, I went to Dunlop in Fleurdal, Fauna, Bloemfontein to do wheel balancing and alignment for my Ford Ranger. The invoice number is 73283. So yesterday (16/01/2024), when driving from work I found that my front right wheel was loose and only to find out that the two wheel studs were broken, one bolt was missing and the other three bolts were loose. So this morning (1/17/2024), I went to Dunlop to confront them about the matter, instead, they insisted that this was not their mass and refused to listen to me. On their receipt, it was written that R324,37 was for the wheel alignment, and the R255.63 was for the Modification/Came, and I am not sure why they wrote modification/came, since according to the consultation I have to expect, no such thing can be done on the ranger, perhaps on the other cars. Currently, I now supposed to fix the whole mass from my pocket. If they refuse to take responsibility, this is perhaps what they do to the customers.
