Bad service

I did alignment and balancing on the 1st of July and the car kept swerving to the left ever since that day and with working in North West I only come month ends this side and today the 29th July went there and they just said to me they can't help me unless I do another another alignment and pay for it again😪 And now they say they have 1 week warranty which is not written anywhere on my invoice
