Bad Results.lost my faith in DUNLOP

I have fitted 4 new Tyres to my car. In a nut shell Running back n forth to the guys they take out 2 reject Tyres saying that everything should be fine here after The Technical department says that they would test drive my vehicle. Seriously "TEST DRIVE ? "...will they be able to tell me the difference as they have not driven my car prior to this to know the difference...now my car feels ****ty to drive I am still experiencing same problem with these Tyres and My car has gone heavier on petrol and sluggish too. I have told the guys at the fitment center to take these tyres of as i am willing to pay the difference for something else and he refused... where is the promise from Dunlop for good customer service, warranty on product, guarantee, safety??? i have lost my faith in DUNLOP Now i want a refund!
