Bad Attitude from the Salesman

I called the branch earlier on Sunday morning at 09:05am enquiring about a Sabat 646 battery which Gabriel said they had the stock for the battery.
I told the salesman that I am coming to purchase 1 battery.
I was at the branch twice,.
First at 9:30am and the shop was closed.
I left and decided to go and come back later.
I was back again at the branch at 10am and the salesman was not there.
I was told that the salesman will be back shortly.
After 10mins waiting the salesman was back but did not attend to us.
He was busy with (friends/relatives) busy offloading furniture and chatting.
Upon his arrival at 10:28am to open the shop to serve us he was so bullish and arrogant asking us if we were buying or asking for prices.
He said that it was Sunday, Dunlop knows that he is doing the customers a favour they are not suppose to work on Sunday. He said I can go ahead and report him to Head Office he doesn't care and won't be bothered as the dealership is privately owned. Gabriel said Head Office will not do anything to him and the branch even if I report the incident. He said either go away or buy. I ended up buying the battery.
I find this service unacceptable and in bad taste...
