What a disgrace

The attendee, after attempting to remove the tyre from the rim 4 times, forced the tyre and damaged outer seam. If I wasn’t standing next to the guy he would have put the damaged tyre back on my vehicle and his negligence could have caused a serious accident. This level of incompetence should not be allowed in a workshop that is supposed to be specialists when it comes to tyres. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. This type of negligence can lead to serious accidents and even loss of life. Stay away from this workshop
