What a joke!!!!

I had very very bad experience at Dunlop Zone Champion Wheel & Tyres Potchefstroom. Not only are they *********** but also very rude. We gave in a trailer rim and tyre that needed to be replaced under warranty. I went there every week for 6 weeks to go get it. I live about 100km from potch. Every week there is an excuse why the tyre isn't ready. At week 3 I put on new tyres on my bakkie. They make me pay to get the old ones back. That was on the Wednesday day. I was unhappy with the tyres so I phoned (Dunlop Zone Champion Wheel & Tyres Potchefstroom) on the saterday. The guy over the phone said I must bring the bakkie back. On Wednesday I took him back. I complained that the bakkies fuel consumption was very high and that it drives very hard. They told me but it's better tyres with better grip. This was my 5 set of those tyres. I've put them on my other vehicles also. I told them i hadn't have this problem with the previous ones.I told them the pressure was to high so I deflated them twice. And still it didn't make a difference. No they said my gadget is wrong. So I said I'll buy a new one from you. So I did. When I got home it measured exactly the same as mine. So I said I want to return is. The tyres was on 1.6 bar. And was still driving bad. So I told them just put other tyres on my bakkie. I didn't ask them to replace it. I just wanted other tyres. I'll take them home. And they refused. A week later. I bought some new tractor tyres from them (Dunlop Zone Champion Wheel & Tyres Potchefstroom). Still it was an issue to get my trailer wheel. And when I started complaining. The one worker come to me and started fighting with me."No I'm not nice to his workers and I'm shouting at them as if they are dogs and I am throwing my things around". In the meantime I'm just standing there calm. But this *********** idiot is going of against me. And he says "you can go to another tyre shop". I said I would gladly go if you (Dunlop Zone Champion Wheel & Tyres Potchefstroom) would only give me the things you have. And he is like. What things do we have. And I said the same wheel I've been there for for the last 6 weeks. So they came out with a tyre. I ask them where is the rim. No it didn't have a rim. After a while they came out with the rim. And the person who was helping me for the 6 weeks tells me "o sorry he is only a person who makes mistakes". I wonder how many other mistakes he made in that six weeks. So I loaded my things and went home. That will be the last time they will ever se me again. And what they didn't know was on the back of my bakkie. The 4 tyres that I complained about. I went to Harry's Tyres just down the road. Very good service with friendly people who knows the job. My bakkies fuel consumption is like it used to be and it drives comfortably. I'm happy thanks to Harry's Tyres.

Maybe I should have treated you (Dunlop Zone Champion Wheel & Tyres Potchefstroom) on day one the way you (Dunlop Zone Champion Wheel & Tyres Potchefstroom) treated me. Then I wouldn't have the trouble with going back there every week.

Next time if the customer is actually nice. Think twice before attacking them. I hope you loose a lot of customers.
