Treating clients like a number

After being a loyal customer for more than 10years I realized that loyalty does not mean anything at your Goodwood branch. I waited for 5 hours to fit my coi*****s and no apology from the manager Mr Botha. And in front of me he ask one of his staff to help another while busy with me. After I have been at there branch since 8am.and when I told him I am not happy with the price of the job after he quoted me a price over the phone. He denied or can't recall that he has given me a different price. He then after that just treated me as a number. I will never ever refer any business to this company again nor do business again at tonnesen Dunlop zone.
