Worst customer service ever

Dear Dunkkin Donuts

My family and i had the worst ever experienceat Dunkin Donuts N1 city today.

I ordered cuppaccinos for the family and I was given coffees instead. Once i noticed i took it back to the counter with our till slip. Ok so it could be excused as an honest mistake but when I went down to have it exchanged the staff behind the counter and the tills started laughing at us infront of customers. and speaking in another language infront view of a queue full of customers on a busy Friday.

We were extremely humiliated and disgusted but the ignorance of your staff at the N1 city cape town Branch(South Africa). I should lay a ******** charge of crimen injuria (defatmation).

There is no level of customer service whatsoever.

I will definitely relay this disgusting experience to others.
