Bagels...no really bagels...long street

<p>I was so disappointed when I opened my order of bagels with cream cheese. Firstly, it was not really a bagel, more a buger bun. There is a huge difference between the two. Secondly, the minimal amount of cream cheese made a for a dry bread lunch. Lastly, there is much room for improvement with staff's disposition and service. </p>
