Phathetic Service

I am so unhappy with the service received and the room was filthy..dirty and I refused to sleep in it and requested for my money bank ,spoke to Japhta and requested to be moved to another room or get my refund ..to this day I have not gotten any response let alone my money back and no one is even updating me on what is happening this is really phathetic considering being inconvenienced.
