Not such a Merry Christmas!!!!

We arrived for holiday at Dunkeld Country and Equestrian Estate in Dullstroom on 19th December 2015. On the morning of 21st December 2015 we realised that my bicycle was ripped from the car's LOCKED roof rack!!!! Unacceptable!!! Not only did we have to cut our holiday short (and still pay) due to not feeling safe we also have to replace a R7600 bicycle!!!! Your \We are sorry"is just not gonna cut it!!! It's the second time we've been here this year but you will NOT be seeing us again!!! """
