BAD EXPERIENCE

29 August 2020 What a pathetic experience from the time we arrived for our weekend break on arrival we were escourted to the WRONG 2 bed upstairs unit , we were told that the heated pool was not in fact heated due to lack of maintenance, the restaurant facilities were closed and food could only be ordered at the pub. The food at the pub was sub standard and sent back 3 times. We were very dissapointed as this was supposed to be a birthday celebration . Once finally taken to the RIGHT 3 bedroom unit we were faced with brown bath water, water leaking from the light bulb , towel rail falling off and a pation table that was about to fall apart. The worst part is that to date , nobody has bothered to reply to our complaints and we have just been past from one person to another who promises to get the "relevant"person to contact us.
