Bad admin company

Did a booking with booking.com, but Touch Down Group is the admin group for the Dunkeld Country & Equestrian Estate, Dullstroom. Chose the option to pay later, but Touch Down took my money the next day. They don’t know about the option!!!Refuse to give my money back, need to do the cancellations. They will only pay my money back within 21 days…. Booking.com tried to help, but not their admin fault!! Dunkeld Country & Equestrian Estate, Dullstroom, just refuse to be of any help. They can take my money immediately, but refuse to pay it back immediately!!!!!!!! Don’t use Touch or Dunkeld Country & Equestrian Estate, Dullstroom. Obvious they received interest on my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
