DUNK'D BURGERS WONDERBOOM OVERPRICED POOR QUALITY FOOD
From the prices charged for their burgers and their photos and descriptions - one may be fooled into thinking that the quality of Dunk'd Burgers Wonderboom may be comparative to that of well liked and top rated Burger restaurants in the class of Burger Bistro's for instance. Descrbed as "a 100% beef Cheesburger with aged cheddar for a rich tangy flavor" I ordered their Dunk'd BBQ Cheesburger with Jalepeno poppers Combo with Honey & ******s sauce and "beer battered" onion rings and mayo fries as my sides at R180.00. The burger looked and tasted nothing like described. The bun was soggy, the "aged cheddar cheese" was nothing but a prepacked slice of rubbery processed cheese slapped on top. I could compare it to a cheap corner cafe burger, but even corner cafe burgers have their pride. The onion rings were small soggy and oily and looked and tasted nothing like "beer battered" onion rings. The chips had a drizzle of something that nay have passed for Mayo at a glance, but tasted nothing like it. As for the jalapeño poppers, they were raw under the oily soggy batter and completely inedible. Wit false descriptions and such poor quality food, this joint is ripping people off with the prices they charge!!
