Return a faulty shoe and they didnt accept it back nor give me back my credit

I have bought a white leather shoe for R1500 in November 2016 at Dune in Port Elizabeth @ Baywest Mall. I wore the shoe three times before deciding to wipe it with a wet cloth; it developed a creamish fade colour and it did not come off. The shoe ended up with creamish spots. For such an expensive shoe this was surprising and unusual!

Then I decided to report and return the shoe to their shop in January 2017. Luanda said they will contact their head office in Johannesburg and get back to me. They never got back to me, after three weeks I made contact and they had still not received feedback from head office. After multiple calls and visits to the store (because of an absent store manager) they told me head office doesnt wanna take the shoe back because it is NORMAL for a shoe to change colour! They had even tried and failed to clean it.

I told them that I am not accepting the shoe back because I bought a white shoe not a cream shoe hence I paid R1500 for the shoe because I loved it in that white colour. They refused to give me back my money or even to say I must take something else in the shop as I was willing to do so.

The shoe has been with them since January and they are not willing to give me back my credit.

I am very dissapointed and tired with their customer service and they are not willing to do anything to satisfy me as the customer.
