Sandton City

<p>hi i went to Edgars in Sandton and saw a few pairs of shoes that i liked but the very kind and helpfull sales man (sorry did not get his name) said Dune had an independent shop in the mall that we could try to get the shoes ( 3 pairs ) that i was looking to buy </p> <p>i seeked out the shop and found the shoes i required only the very unhelpfull sales lady said sorry no we do not have your size she did suggest i tried on one that wa one the sales front which i did so i asked for a pair in size 4 </p> <p>she came back with none of which i asked and said she onily had one of the matching pairs on show which was a 3 (stretched due to being on show) so i tried on the other one which was a good fit </p> <p>the sales lady made no attempt to assist she shrugged herr shoulders and said well thats all we have i pointed out that the one shoe was stretched and soiled she shrugged </p> <p>i am sorry but to pay R2000 for a pair of shop soiled shoe with a bad attitude is of bad service she did not offer to look on the system to see if any other branches had a pair for me she just tok them and put them back on the shelf</p> <p>if that is the service then i will not be shopping at Dune again as i felt like she did not care or the fact that i was prepared to pay R2000.00 for a soiled and used pair of shoes wa just normal i am sure if it was deducted from herr salary she would have a very different attitude or if she was commission based just saying</p> <p> </p>
