Edcon management never response

<p>I send an email to Edcon head office till this date no one come back to me,see below email sent.</p> <p>Dear Management</p> <p>I purchased a black suede ankle boot with diamond stones on the heel in Cape Town Century Mall for approximately 2500 fitted them and paid to my surprise wearing them to the airport they kept on making me fall, I find them very uncomfortable to walking with them. They are very slippery at the bottom as if they plastic shoes I took them off cause it was very embarrassing to be helped every time I fall.</p> <p>I cannot have them in my other collection and not wear them, returned them to the store in Centurion the supervisor refused to listen to me. <br />Am entitle to return them if they not comfortable its my consumer right</p> <p>I want a refund or voucher for something else</p> <p>Her customer services was very poor and very impatient.</p> <p>I would appreciate your response in this very urgent before leaving the county</p> <p>Chantelle<br />***</p>
