Dissapointed

Had a pair of shoes from DUNE canal walk on the 12th of DEC, size was too small, after a fight with the store and the regional manager and much complaining the shoes was swaped, but initially i wanted my money back and for the fact that i have to wear a shoe that i do not want pees me off, spoke to the store and i was told ( no the cannot give my money back only bladdy Dune vouchers) off which when i left my house I was told it will be Canal walk vouchers and I can uase them wherver in the mall, but that wasn't the case at all.<br> I was given bladdy DUNE vouchers for R1600.00 of which technically i need to go back and buy **** from the chain stores.<br> <br> there's proof of purchase, i am not going to allow to be inconvinienced like this. I am livered over this *******.<br> <br> I WANT MY MONEY, even if I have to drag this to court no matter how long it takes i WILL DO IT!!!!<br> <br> This is disgusting.<br> <br> And I bet none of them is going to pay attention to this, that's how poor their service is, I mean for a consultant to ask me over the counter as a customer( why don't you give the shoe to your family member or something)
