Bad Service

My wife bought me a pair of shoes on the 12.12.2015, she bought size 8 which was fine because I love the shoes, later on during the day I decided to fit in the soes and walt around with them just to stretch them abit. then I realised that they abit unconfortable i need a size bigger (size9) to cut the long story shrt: went to the store went to go print the PP after the lady put the pair on the counter to say ok the only thing thats's left is your Proof of purchase only to be told by the other lady that nope we not swapping your shoes. rang the regional manager that told me that she would've rang me in an hour and gues what it's over 24hours still havent heard nothing. I'm upset and i don't even think this is should be an issue because those shoes are hardly warn. I need my money back. I'll go by a pair were i'll get good service and not this ******* over something my wife paid for.
